No thanks to the barman at the Marlborough Arms last night who refused to serve me because I didn't have photo ID. (I'd forgotten about my oyster card now I come to mention it, but I doubt he'd have taken that anyway.) My provisional driving license is so old it doesn't have my photo on it. My passport isn't kept in London. And I'm not a student any more so don't have anything like that with me.
I think he was jealous of my hat. Or he took exception to my liking for Pimms. Hmpf.
